Studio Movie Grill moves their corporate headquarters into new Dallas office space
Royal Central Tower at 11300 N. Central Expwy. in Dallas will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the Studio Movie Grill Corp., according to its founder, Brian Schultz.
The theater chain operators (whose office contingent amounts to 28 employees) are planning to settle in on Oct. 1, and they're looking at the prospect of eventually expanding the contracted 5,200 sq. ft. of space to take over the entire floor - if all goes as planned.
The current offices of the Studio Movie Grill folks are at 15400 Knoll Trail in far north Dallas. Assets of their new corporate location include proximity to the White Rock Lake bike trail (it's just across Royal Ln.) and the fact that the building is located within strolling distance of their Royal/Central theater location. Not to mention a 24-Hour Fitness facility.

Other possible Assets of the new location:
1) Employees will be allowed to have their souls back once they leave far north Dallas
2) close proximity to excellent shaved ice in Doc's Food Store at Meadow & 75
3) close proximity to two hospitals = guaranteed nurses in the lunch crowd
4) Henry Moss natural area is a great place to hide bodies
5) Nearby White Rock Creek offers snorkeling opportunities (seriously, I have seen people snorkeling in White Rock Creek near this location)
6) Near the best nursery in town, Northhaven Gardens
7) Nearby massage parlor makes decisions about where to go for lunch very easy.
