Fort Worth Star Telegram selling downtown office building
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is selling its building at Taylor and Fifth streets in downtown Fort Worth to trim yet more costs. They recently sold their four-story annex building and three downtown parking lots.
Given all the layoffs the paper has endured, the building has become bigger than they need. It's a beautiful building with history, built in 1920 and designed by Fort Worth architectural firm Sanguinet and Staats. If it's sold, employees would move to a new property.
