Worksoft, Inc., a leading provider of solutions that accelerate deployments of SAP applications, today announced it is acquiring Test Factory, a premier provider of load and stress testing capabilities for SAP solutions.

The Test Factory solutions will be rebranded as Worksoft solutions Certify Performance Test and a companion solution, Certify Performance Tune. The company hopes that these solutions will further optimize SAP application quality, help ensure business continuity, and minimize the cost and time for implementations, upgrades, and custom development.

”This acquisition bolsters Worksoft offerings with premier performance test and tune capabilities,” said Bruce Johnson, CEO and President of Worksoft. “We will continue to augment our offerings with our own R&D, partnerships, and acquisitions, to compete effectively and become the dominant testing solution in the marketplace,” Johnson said. “We are already experiencing this shift firsthand, as year-to-date, Worksoft has won 23 new competitive accounts related to SAP,” he said.
