Besieged Cherry Pit in Duncanville raided again
DUNCANVILLE Besieged Duncanville swingers' club The Cherry Pit was raided yet again, with the excuse this time being that city officials suspected prostitution. The quote from Duncanville's city manager is pretty good: "We started out nice," he says. But "they've continued operating and been in your face about it."

These people are relentless! I blame it on Viagra. Perhaps that could be his basis of defense.

If I were a citizen of Duncanville I'd be pissed as hell over the money and time being wasted on something this stupid.
I guess if no one on the DCC is getting any sex then it's off limits to everyone.
This reminds me of the "Dildo Diaries"...

I'm pretty sure if you were a neighbor of The Cherry Pit and had to put up with all-hours traffic, their half-naked patrons (who I imagine are anything but attractive), etc...you'd be all for the DCC doing everything they can to shut that motha down.
Also, apparently they're looking for an attorney to help them go about this legally. My retainer (yet to be determined, probably won't be until I go to law school and pass the bar) is presumably too high since I never heard back after responding to their creepy inquiry.
If you happen to be an actual, bonafide lawya - and sex clubs are your thing - throw these cats a bone(r).

Ya'all remember that airline story a few weeks ago, the one where an old news story was picked back up and ran as new? Well, Deja Vu, and shame on DMN and others for not checking out the validity of the story. Seems the old story was picked back up and even the quotes in the new story were from previous reports. It's called a telephone and it's a great tool.
