Dallas purchases 1,400+ acres of forestland southeast of downtown for Trinity River Corridor Project
DALLAS The city of Dallas bought 1,400+ acres of forestland southeast of downtown on the eastern bank of the Trinity River near I-45 and Loop 12, says the DBJ. Located in the Great Trinity Forest, the land cost $6.2 million and will become part of the Trinity River Corridor Project, specifically an equestrian center they hope will generate "more than $350 million" in its first 10 years of operation.
The important question is this: Is the land located anywhere near the estate of Rawlins Gilliland?

Rawlins Gilliland, says:
Actually T.G., this Southeast Dallas land is no few miles southwest of me on the opposite side of the forest, southwest of Pleasant Grove (Pemberton Hills) whereas I am north of PG (Piedmont) at the forest's northeast corner.
I wish I could tell you that they bought me out at an inflated-fortune price leaving me in a cash rich position to pay off the DISD shorfall and have unlikely affairs with randon hotties, but alas.
