Fort Worth man to get prosecuted for murder despite lack of body
Rodney Owens of Fort Worth is set to go on trial for murder on October 6 despite the fact that the body of his alleged victim, Glenda Furch, has never been found. Furch disappeared almost a year ago after getting off from her job at the GM plant in Arlington. Blood and signs of a struggle in her apartment, along with the discovery of her burned-out car at a car wash, have led police to believe that she is dead.
