Police ignore hokey story from Northwest Dallas Mexican restaurant owner and arrest him for murder
DALLAS Police arrested Mario Palomin Juarez, 57, owner of Garibaldi Restaurant & Bar in the 3300 block of Lombardy Lane in Northwest Dallas, on Saturday for the murder of a mariachi musician who had visited his restaurant.
The other members of the mariachi band say that their band member was still alive when they left Garibaldi. But someone called the police and reported a suspicious person there. The police followed Juarez and pulled him over, whereupon they found the dead body of the musician in the back seat of the SUV, with a gunshot wound to the head. Juarez said there was a scuffle and the musician had killed himself. But the police saw bloodstains on his arm and found at least a dozen baggies of cocaine in his pockets.

Lots, lots of splaining to do, TravisRex. You are correct, I wish the tv show "The First 48" was covering this story. Or filming it. That area by Bachman Lake has become a "little mexico", the food there is great, but very dangerous and seedy at night.

"That coke ain't mine, man. I don't know how it got there. Or how the dead Mariachi ended up in my trunk, unless he locked himself in there after he shot himself."
Is this guy for real?
