Super Bowl Host Committee prepares to hire staff to train volunteers, open offices in Dallas-Fort Worth
DALLAS According to Super Bowl Host Committee President Bill Lively, there are going to be 18,000-20,000 volunteer jobs available for the February 2011 super bowl. The event is expected to bring more than 300,000 people and at least $500 million into the region.
Two offices, one in Dallas and another in Fort Worth, will open in January with a staff of about a dozen people. A third office is possible at the Cowboys’ new stadium in Arlington next summer.
