League of Women Voters to hold Dallas County Sheriff forum
The League of Women Voters of Dallas, Irving and Richardson will jointly host a Forum for the office of Dallas County Sheriff on Tuesday, October 7. The event will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Preston Hollow Elementary School, three blocks east of the Dallas North Tollway.
The candidates are incumbent Lupe Valdez and Lowell Cannaday, former Police Chief of Irving.
Brad Watson, Channel 8 (WFAA) reporter, will moderate the forum.
The event is open to the public.
