Dallas Cowboys finally vacate Texas Stadium
Movers took the last of the furniture and other equipment that the team still wants out of their offices there Tuesday.
Tuesday, March 31, 2009 was the official last day for the occupation of Texas Stadium by the Dallas Cowboys, as movers took the last of the furniture and other equipment that the team still wants out of their offices there. For what good it'll do him, former Irving Mayor Bob Power, who was instrumental in getting the Cowboys to come to Irving, was given the key to the stadium.
