Dallas-based Blockbuster halts store remodels
Since Dallas-based Blockbuster was rumored to be close to bankruptcy a month ago and reported big losses a couple of weeks ago, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the planned remodeling of stores, which had already been put in place in several North Texas locations, has now been put on hold. The remodel would have added such features as latte bars, video game stations, and the selling of high-end items like flat-screen TVs.
