Coppell City Council meets in special session to consider Mira Mar Development legal brouhaha
not provided by City of Coppell or Mira Mar Development, LLC
"Did you or did you not make municipal infrastructure improvements to the Alexander Court subdivision?"
When the Coppell City Council meets in special session on Tuesday, April 7 at 5 p.m. (at City Hall), they will resume deliberation and discussion on their ongoing and seemingly contentious legal dispute with Colleyville firm Mira Mar Development, LLC, who claim that they ought to be reimbursed somewhere between $.50 and $.75 million in infrastructure and design expenses (with delay costs of $139,000 figuring into the mix), relating to their work on the high-dollar Alexander Court subdivision.
The public proceedings will go to closed door session if the council deems it necessary to seek the advice of the City Attorney.
