Women’s networking group forms in South Arlington
The idea behind the groups formation is networking, information sharing and business growth.
Last week a group of area mom entrepreneurs met up at Chelsea’s Tea Room in South Arlington. Use of the tea room and lunch was provided courtesy of another mom entrepreneur Jackie Andrews. Each woman in the group is a mom business owner, and all wear various hats according to job requirements (pun intended). Some are part time, some like myself, are full time. The women came together through my newest website, www.aMomEntrepreneur.com.
aMomEntrepreneur.com launched last month and has approximately 100 members from across the US, even Canada and Australia. The idea behind the groups formation is networking, information sharing and business growth. We plan to meet once month. If you are a mom business owner I want to extend a personal invitation to come join us. For more information check out the website.

Group member Brenda Cabanski is a Kennedale resident and photographer. Cabanski said of her reasons for joining, “aMomEntrepreneur is a great way to meet other working moms like myself. It’s not always easy raising a family and running a business, so it was nice to meet other moms going through the same things I am encountering. Most importantly, it was a great way to network and market with like-minded ladies.” Brenda Cabanski’s business website is www.studiobtexas.com.
Pat Hammer of Arlington said, “I’m always interested in networking opportunities and this was a group of women that are working to grow their businesses and support and help each other. I’m hoping this is going to be a regular thing and that we’ll grow and get more members and continue networking.” Pat owns and operates an air and water purification business.
