Kidd Kraddick celebrates sweet sixteen with local teen
Kidd Kraddick threw a birthday party Tuesday at the House of Blues for Brittany Stene, a local teen who had been diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma (bone cancer), which is particularly deadly in children. After going through aggressive treatment, Brittany went into remission. A family friend decided to plan a belated Sweet Sixteen party and asked Kidd Kraddick to attend. He could not make the party, so he decided to throw her one himself and bring in a few bands to play for her. Forever the Sickest Kids not only played at her party, but rewrote their new single Hey Brittany just for her. One of her favorite bands We the Kings also attended, serenading her at the party.
