Dallas-based Tyler Technologies signs $2.8 million contract with Forsyth County, Georgia
DALLAS Tyler Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has signed an agreement valued at $2.8 million to migrate all Forsyth County, Georgia, courts to Tyler’s integrated Courts & Justice software solution. The contract includes software licenses, professional services, maintenance and support.

According to the U.S. Census, Forsyth County is the wealthiest in all of Georgia
Forsyth County, which has been a Tyler courts and justice client since 1998, conducted an intensive review of available justice solutions and determined that Tyler’s software applications provide the Courts with the capabilities to meet their current and anticipated growth.
“When fully implemented, Tyler’s Odyssey solution will provide the County’s judicial system with an integrated product that will significantly reduce redundancies and errors,” commented Forsyth County Chief Financial Officer Bill Thomas regarding the County’s need for a fully integrated solution.
The Forsyth County Clerk of Courts, District Attorney, Solicitor, Indigent Defense, Pre-Trial and Court Administration will all upgrade to Tyler’s solution.
“Tyler’s Web-based Courts & Justice solution is a good fit for Forsyth County,” said Bruce Graham, president of Tyler’s Courts & Justice Solutions. “As a long-time Tyler client, the County is familiar with our experience, our record of successful implementations and our ability to deliver quality products with exceptional functionality. We’re pleased to expand our existing relationship and look forward to serving Forsyth County for years to come.”
