Dallas firm Cowles & Thompson unveils new ‘Reverse & Render’ Texas appellate law blog

— Dallas law firm Cowles & Thompson, P.C. announced today the new "Reverse & Render" blog created by the firm’s appellate practice group.

The appellate law blog provides timely information and insight on significant appellate cases and events for attorneys and in-house legal departments. The blog includes details of important opinions from Texas and federal appeals courts, as well as information on continuing education seminars, proposed changes to the rules of appellate procedure, and upcoming meetings hosted by appellate sections of state and local bar associations.

“Reverse & Render” is the brain child of firm attorney Byron Henry, who maintains the blog along with fellow firm attorneys David Oliveros and Mike Northrup, head of Cowles & Thompson’s appellate practice and immediate past chair of the Dallas Bar Association's Appellate Law Section.

“‘Reverse & Render’ provides us a unique forum to communicate with lawyers and individuals across Texas,” says Mr. Northrup, a former briefing attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas. “Our goal is to use our experience to discuss and bring attention to important appellate issues around the state."

Cowles & Thompson, P.C., is a full-service law firm with offices in Dallas and Tyler, Texas.
