Photo Gallery: No more ifs, ands or cigarette butts
Well the smoking ban in Dallas is officially in effect, no more ifs, ands or cigarette butts. Patrons of the Barcadia in Dallas took their final inside-puffs (well, mostly they played GIANT Jenga, but some smoked inside too) on Good Friday's eve.
