Loitering teens making Southlake Town Center shoppers leery

"Hey, dude, you old enough to go to a bar yet?"

"Nah, man. You?"

"Nah, bro. Let's go stand around at the Town Center."

"Fo shiz!"

The lack of something cool to do on a Friday and Saturday night for under-agers/just-learned-to-drivers has led many a teen to the Southlake Town Center, something that has shoppers and merchants there a tad uneasy. The hoards of acne-celled organisms are reportedly committing acts of vandalism, are recklessly cruising, having public sex (once so far), and walking on old peoples' lawns.

Recently, police have been upped during peak teen cruising-breaking things-public sex hours and some merchants are noting a difference. Yelling at them to buy the dang comic book and not just read it in the store seems to work sometimes, too.

If their parents would spend less time at home instead of at work, maybe they would be better supervised.

I'm pretty sure when kids go out skating - and unless the parents flat out forbid them - mom's not going to come along.

If their parents spent less time at work, their home wouldn't be in Southlake.

I'm with Pavel on this one. Hasn't the teenager thing been done to death already? Can't we just grow them in some sort of tube between 11 and 19 and then release them when they've passed the larva stage?
