Complaint against Plano ISD district officials filed by school board candidate
Steve Navarre, a candidate for the Plano ISD Board of Trustees, has filed a complaint against district officials. Navarre is accusing them of trying to intimidate him, restricting free speech and denying access to employees and staff. Navarre claims that the district has not let him visit schools in the district while other candidates have been able to.
