Photos: Coppell Easter Egg hunt
According to those on the scene (including Coppell Special Events Coordinator Sherri Lewis), Coppell's Wagon Wheel Park was "overflowing" with kids (and their attendant parents) last Saturday morning (April 11).
That's because it was chosen as the site of the annual Egg Hunt.
With visions of candy and - um - eggs dancing in their heads, the wee ones waited patiently (and otherwise) for the festivities to commence.
One young lady found a pre-hunt use for her basket, turning it into a portable seating arrangement.
Contact the Coppell Parks and Recreation Department for information on other city-sponsored events. Phone 972-462-5100 or direct your browser here and click on "Departments and Services," then "Parks and Recreation."
