Oak Cliff to host first annual Art Crawl
Photopol.us and Bike Friendly Oak Cliff invite you to attend the 1st Annual Oak Cliff Art Crawl.
On April 25, 2009, several art galleries and artist studios will open their doors for receptions and festivities in Oak Cliff. You are invited to visit each destination at your own pace between the hours of 4pm – 9pm. Artworks of all mediums will be on display.
The event is free and a map of destinations will be provided at each venue. Participating galleries include Cube Creative - a brand new gallery on Tyler St., Ice House Cultural Center, Soda Gallery, Decorazon, Texas Theater, 9th Street Town Homes, Bishop Arts Studio Co-op, Mighty Fine Arts and more!
A few of the things you can expect at this fun filled art crawl are live bands, free refreshments and beverages, a unique art experience at each venue (including a Beatles themed reception), a large group of bicyclists visiting each location, and of course, quality art available for purchase.
