Hibashi Teppan Grill & Sushi Bar in North Dallas has $9 power lunches and tempting new vegetarian rolls

Hibashi Teppan Grill & Sushi Bar is launching a new spring lunch menu featuring $9 Power Lunches and an array of fresh-flavored Vegetarian Rolls, with many values and selections for the most health-conscious guests.

Power Lunch dishes include guests' choice of miso soup or house salad and a main dish for $9. Flavorful main dish choices are the Ahi Tuna Bowl (Spicy tuna, crabmeat, avocado, cucumber and spicy mayo); Shrimp and Salmon Don (fresh salmon and shrimp over sushi rice); Tuna Bowl or Salmon Bowl (fresh tuna or salmon, masago, seaweed salad, avocado and spicy sauce over sushi rice); Unagi Bowl (thin-sliced baked eel and avocado over sushi rice); Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (grilled chicken rice bowl with four-piece California Roll); Yakiniku Bowl (thin-sliced beef rib-eye rice bowl with four-piece California Roll); and the Don Katsu Bowl (deep-fried pork cutlet rice bowl with four-piece California Roll).

New vegetarian rolls on the lunch menu include Vege Tempura Roll (deep-fried sweet potato, zucchini and yellow onion with eel sauce); Vege Delight (cucumber, avocado, bean curd and scallion with creamy sauce); Wakeme Roll (marinated seaweed salad); Kampyo Roll (with Asian squash); Dakkwon Roll (marinated daikon radish); Cucumber Roll (fresh cucumber); Avocado Roll (fresh avocado); and the Asparagus Roll (fresh asparagus). Vegetarian roll prices range from $4 to $7.

Hibashi has also adjusted pricing to provide guests with special values on the restaurant's dinner menu, featuring chef-prepared Japanese recipes.
