Water district buying land near LaGrave Field could help Fort Worth Cats stay home
The Tarrant Regional water district is considering buying up land near LaGrave Field, which would help bolster the ballpark that the Fort Worth Cats home. The worry if the water district doesn't buy the land is that a development company could, essentially making the team's future at that location questionable. While the Trinity River Vision Authority executive director says nothing is set yet, team owner Carl Bell is hopeful.
