Dallas police find children living in unsanitary conditions after responding to gas theft call
Dallas police arrived at a trailer park in response to a report that someone was siphoning gasoline from parked cars. Police caught one suspect and chased another into a mobile home where they found a very drunk parent and four children living in filth. Both parents were charged with four counts of child neglect and Child Protective Services is finding a place for the children. The man siphoning gas was also caught and arrested on theft charges.
