Real estate auction firm auctioning off new houses in Grapevine on April 26

Real estate auction firm Radius Management is placing over 85 brand new homes up for public auction. The majority are composed of new builders' inventory, most of which have never been occupied and fall under state minimum warranty requirements.

The auction is scheduled for April 26, and will be held at the Great Wolf Lodge Conference Center, 100 Great Wolf Drive, Grapevine. Bidder registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. that morning with the auction set to begin promptly at 12 p.m.

In order to register to bid in the auction, bidders must agree to the auction's basic terms and conditions (available on the website), show written proof of financing approval, and show a $5,000 cashier check payable to themselves. Winning bidders must make a deposit of 3.5% of the properties' sales price on auction day, of which the first $5,000 shall be the certified check. A 7% buyers premium will be added to all high bid amounts.

All houses will be held open for inspections on Saturday 4/18 and 4/25 between 12-6 p.m. For more details regarding the auction, call 972-447-9139, or visit the company Web site.
