Saturday's lineup at the Boiler Room will feature two of DFW's most melodic and polished rock groups. First there is Space Cadet, a band that has been making a name for itself around the Denton and Dallas areas for some time now and have built a reputation as being a sure-fire high energy rock show. Space Cadet has two full length albums that go very well with other regional rock gods like The Feds or Riverboat Gamblers.
The headliners for the night will be fellow DFW act, Siren City. The show will serve as the band's CD release party for their latest recorded album and should solidify the band as a major player in the DFW rock scene. They have a sound a bit more subdued than the rest of the lineup but their live show, I suspect, will be a very solid performance.
