Two Dallas towing companies denied licenses
James Mosser, the attorney who represented both Lone Star and Champion, said he plans to sue the city.
Despite the skepticism of content partner Avi Adelman, the city of Dallas has denied the towing licenses for both Ideal Towing and Champion Tows, two companies that were created after Lone Star Towing Services was shut down.
