Glenn Heights holds opening ceremonies for new park
There will be balloons and cupcakes for the kids. (Adults must fend for themselves.)
The City of Glenn Heights would like folks to know that there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, April 25 at 10 a.m. at the new Courtney Lane Park - on, appropriately enough, Courtney Lane (3120A, in the Sunrise Meadow subdivision S. of Ovilla Rd.).
Members of the City Council will be on hand, along with Parks and Rec Board Members and staffers. After some brief words of recognition, there'll be cupcakes and balloons available for the kiddoes in attendance.
