TxDOT shutting down lanes on I-30 in Dallas to repair potholes from April 26-30
DALLAS TxDOT contract crews will block two lanes at various locations in mainlanes along Interstate 30 (I-30) between Carroll Street to Loop 12 (LP 12) for pot hole repairs.
The repairs will be made one after another where designated and will necessitate closing of two lanes in those locations. The operation begins with the two left mainlanes eastbound at Carroll St. The repairs will continue eastbound to LP 12 and at that point will move to the westbound side back toward Carroll St. Two through lanes on I-30 will remain open each direction during the entire operation.
The closures will begin at 9 p.m. Sunday, April 26, until 6 a.m. the following day. These nightly closures will continue through Thursday, April 30, 2009.
