Dallas-based Cooper Smith Agency launches commercial construction & architecture PR practice
DALLAS Dallas-based public relations firm Cooper Smith Agency announced today that it has launched a practice area specifically focused on commercial architecture, design, real estate and construction – industries in which the firm already has a number of clients and extensive experience. The practice area will be lead by account director Claire Bloxom and agency principal Cooper Smith.
“As many architecture/construction firms and other real estate-related companies are cutting their public relations and marketing budgets, tremendous opportunities are created for those who continue to press forward with consistent and continuous PR efforts,” said Smith. “The media is particularly receptive to good news right now, and regardless of the economy, they still have pages to fill with project profiles, expert articles, trend stories and other editorial content.”
Cooper Smith Agency’s current clients within the industry include Turner Construction Company (largest commercial builder in the U.S.); SHW Group (3rd largest educational architecture & design firm in the U.S.); TBG Partners (Texas’ largest landscape architecture & site planning firm); Viking Hospitality Group (hotel development company); and Prism Hotels & Resorts (hotel management firm).
