Dallas police looking for fake cop that helped make arrests
Dallas police are looking for Ryan Caskey, who answered police calls and helped make arrests even though he is not actually a police officer. The man had a military police badge, a Glock, and apparently the lingo and swagger of a police officer. Other officers just assumed he was legit, and he answered calls for about two weeks.
