Prestige Ameritech in North Richland Hills ramps up mask making to meet demand in the wake of swine flu fears
After the growing concerns of the spread of the H1N1 (swine flu) virus, Prestige Ameritech has ramped up production of surgical masks to meet the increase in demand. The company is hoping this is not "the big one" since 90 percent of surgical masks used in the U.S. are made elsewhere.

Somebody at Pegasus should do an in-depth story on Prestige Ameritech. Maybe they make other types of masks. What I recall is that people in Israel have purchased masks to deal with something as dangerous as swine flu. They fear biological warfare. So maybe PA already manufactures more heavyweight masks just in case we in America ever need them.....
