Fake racist flyers marring District 7 City Council race in Dallas
Flyers with racist material on them and claiming to be from two District 7 Dallas City Council candidates are being found in several Dallas neighborhoods, though both candidates -- Carolyn Davis and Don Parish -- say they have no knowledge of the flyers or who is distributing them.
The District 7 race in the most heavily-contested race in Dallas, with eight different candidates throwing their hats into the ring.
