Dallas/Fort Worth Airport raises rates on parking
DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Dallas/Fort Worth Airport is increasing parking rates ranging from $1 to $3, to take effect in October.
Airlines are cutting flights, which means fewer passengers which means less money spent on parking, concessions, and other airport services.
It it makes you feel any better, the parking rates here are still cheaper than other cities. So there's one more fabulous benefit to living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Short-term terminal parking goes from $3 and $5 to $4 and $6. Express covered parking goes from $11 to $12. Remote parking goes from $7 to $8. Infield parking goes up to $17, from $14. Terminal covered parking stays the same at $17, and passing-through stays the same at $2. Taxis, limousines, and buses will pay 50 cents extra.
