10 Dallas/Fort Worth area post offices may be closing soon
10 Dallas/Fort Worth area post offices, including eight in Fort Worth, are being targeted for closure by the Postal Service. The closures would be amongst nearly 700 nationwide to try to make up for a projected $7 billion loss by the agency. The post offices in danger either don't make enough money or are deemed too close to other locations.

So the main post office in Dallas isn't being considered? Thank god since it was going to take me like half on hour to drop off my textbook today at a Richardson office. Stupid lines.

Was Kramer, on Seinfeld right?.....You have email, blogs, pay online, order online, UPS, RPS, FED EX, etc. No more love letters, you have texting. They need to be closed on Saturdays, before they start shutting down som any offices. Didn't Obama try to avoid these closures?
