State Fair of Texas releases list of chefs doing cooking demonstrations
The State Fair of Texas, coming to Fair Park September 25 through October 18, just released its list of chefs who are making appearances and doing demonstrations, as follows:

truthfully, travis i did go through and change every one of the dates so they'd be more readable. (an insane-making and really dumb process but once i got started, i couldn't turn back.) what i SHOULD have done was insert links on every one of those restaurants. which i might do, you know, before the state fair starts. one day when i'm twiddling my thumbs
