Frisco enforcing two-day-a-week lawn-watering schedule during summer, causing 600 violations
FRISCO Frisco's new two-day-a-week watering schedule went into effect on July 1, and in the first month recorded about 600 violations, mostly watering on the wrong day.
The state requires every city to have a water conservation plan in place, but cities employ various methods, some good, some not so. McKinney seems to be the best, with a two-day-a-week program year-round. (Frisco is just doing the two-day-a-week plan during the summer.)
