Fort Worth budget problems may lead to closed pools, libraries
Trying to find a solution for the city's $59 million budget deficit, Fort Worth City Manager Dale Fisseler has recommended that the city shut down most of the city's pools and two libraries. Fisseler also recommended laying off 200 city employees and giving all employees an eight-day furlough.
