Vendors robbed at Jalin Jewelers in Plano
On August 12, 2009 at approximately 11:20 a.m., Plano police officers responded to a Robbery in progress at the Jalin Jeweler store located in the 4000 block of Preston Road.
Upon officers' arrival, it was determined that two males believed to be vendors of the store were parked in the parking lot on the east side of the building and were approached by three males. The three suspects were wearing bandanas on their faces and displaying weapons. The three suspects broke out the windows of the victim's car and demanded money and jewelry. The suspects left the scene southbound on Preston Road in what is believed to be a Black Nissan Maxima with paper tags displayed on the back. Both victims were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
