Woman caught while allegedly attempting to steal 16 pairs of shoes in Grapevine
GRAPEVINE A Dallas woman shopping at Grapevine Mills mall was caught by police with 16 pairs of shoes stashed in a Children's Place bag, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. She said she "forgot" to pay for the shoes, valued at $264.
