Grand Prairie man hits bicyclist, leaves him in car, bicyclist dies at hospital
GRAND PRAIRIE Horrendous story about a guy in Grand Prairie who hit a bicyclist head-on, then the bicyclist smashed through his back window and got lodged in the back seat. The guy -- Victor Paul Rojas, 27 -- drove home and left the car with the injured bicyclist parked in his driveway. His mother called 911 and the bicyclist -- Ronnie Kellar, 59, who was mentally disabled -- was brought to the hospital where he died. Rojas, who slurred his words and smelled of alcohol and who's been arrested several times for drug offenses, hid under a car and the police had to use a Taser to get him out.
