Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez traded to Texas Rangers for two minor leaguers
Everything old is new again: Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez, who was with the Texas Rangers for the first 12 seasons of his major league career, has been traded back to the Rangers from the Houston Astros. The Astros will receive two minor league players in return. Rodriguez will back up current catcher Taylor Teagarden, who took over when Jarrod Saltalamacchia went on the disabled list.
