Dallas-Fort Worth named 20th most affordable city for dating, according to Match.com

DALLAS — With contradictory economic news coming out each day leaving Americans counting every penny, Match.com has found that there are still plenty of cities around the country where a romantic night out won't break the bank.

Pittsburgh tops this year's list with a casual dinner and two movie tickets costing $77.80. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the same date in the most expensive city on the list, Los Angeles, comes in at $126.06.

I can't believe Sacramento is in the top three. And I don't know about anyone else - but we're only 3 higher on the list than New York City - and I've been there a few times - and unless you're eating hot dogs from a street vendor - you are spending LOTS more just for dinner alone - not to include anything else.

Regarding eating in NYC, maybe they didn't add any tomatoes on their burgers <g>. Also they probably didn't add ICE to their drinks, which is extra too. You order "the works" on your food, any food and NYC jumps 5 or 6 places !!! <vbg></vbg></g>
