Dallas police officer arrested in Plano August 19 on suspicion of DWI
PLANO — Dallas police officer David Aguilar was arrested in Plano at 2:04 a.m. August 19. He is currently being held in jail, accused of DWI and accident fail to stop.
The Plano police department custody report shows that they searched Aguilar's car and found "evidence involved in alcohol violation." His vehicle was impounded.
