Fort Worth police chief apologizes for Rainbow Lounge raid
Saying that it "resulted from a flawed policy," Fort Worth Police Chief Jeff Halstead apologized Tuesday for the June 28 raid on the Rainbow Lounge. Halstead's apology comes a month after the head of the TABC also apologized. The Fort Worth Police Department has also temporarily halted joint operations with the TABC.
