Jury gives death penalty to murderer of Garland Christian music producers
James Broadnax, one of the men who admitted to killing Christian music producers Matthew Butler and Stephen Swan in June 2008, has been sentenced to die by a Dallas County jury. Demarius Cummings, the other man involved, is scheduled to go on trial next week. This story says that Broadnax laughed when Butler's mother said that it would have been better if he'd never been born.

Why can't the deceased just be "two Garland men"? Does it really matter that they produced baby jesus music?

Travis, since that was the way we originally referred to them, I was just trying to make sure people made the connection between the two stories.
