Three Fort Worth ISD football games rescheduled to August 29
FORT WORTH The thunderstorm activity on Thursday, August 27 caused the postponement of three Fort Worth ISD football games. The three games at Clark Stadium, Farrington Field, and Scarborough-Handley Field were called because of severe lightning in the area.
The games will be played at 7 p.m. Saturday, August 29.
* Paschal High School will take on Arlington’s Sam Houston High School at Handley Field.
* Eastern Hills High School will meet Saginaw’s Boswell High School at Clark Field.
* Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School will play North Side High School at Farrington Field.
“Safety is our number one concern,” said Fort Worth ISD Athletic Director Herb Stephens on Thursday evening. Admission will be free to the rescheduled Saturday night games.
