Video: Scrooge is back for his 34th year at NorthPark Center in Dallas
When Scrooge isn't counting his cash, he's giving thrifty advice.
DALLAS For 33 years, Scrooge has been a begrudging holiday tradition at NorthPark Center. Scrooge bah-humbugs all the passersby, making them that much happier to be headed toward Santa's workshop. (Scrooge is left behind chuckling, because he "sent all the unruly kids to Santa." Just so you know.)
This year we were able pull Scrooge away from counting his money to answer a few questions at his new location just outside of Bookmark's. You'll catch him in this video handing out fashion tips -- yes, fashion tips -- to the crowd and riling up the little kids.
