Heath City Council meets to discuss street names, lot adjustments and election planning
When the Heath City Council meets on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 7:30 in City Hall, they'll take up the following agenda items:
* an ordinance to change the street name platted as Peninsula Lane to Peninsula Court
* discussion of a request to amend the plat of a couple of lots in the Le Chateau addition, in order to adjust the property line between the two adjacent lots
* discussion surrounding a planned general election (to be held jointly with Rockwall ISD, and administered by the Rockwall County Elections Administrator) set for May 9, for the purpose of electing four council members.
* hear an update re. county and state thoroughfare improvements (presented by Rockwall Cty. Commissioners Lorie Grinnan and Dennis Bailey)
