Dallas-based Greyhound Lines conducts celebrity-road-trip-buddy survey
Survey was a multiple choice, and Drew Barrymore won over other clunkers like Jay Leno and Matt Lauer.
Dallas-based Greyhound Lines conducted a survey to determine the top pick for a "celebrity road trip buddy" and Drew Barrymore won by a mile.
The "Hit the Road" survey polled 1,000 American adults and asked, "Which of the following celebrities would be your ideal road trip buddy?" Barrymore was the clear winner, followed by late night host and comedian Jay Leno and media mogul and philanthropist Oprah Winfrey. Country music sweetheart Faith Hill and "TODAY" host Matt Lauer rounded out the top five.
Here's a big surprise: The survey came up when Barrymore appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday, February 4. Rapper/actor Ludacris, IndyCar racer Danica Patrick, and NFL Football Hall of Famer John Madden completed the survey list.
